If we had to pick just one pork product to eat, it would definitely be our bratwursts! These are our go-to on busy sports nights or when I forget to take out something for dinner. There are 4 per package and they are also available in regular cheese.

Our pigs are raised in the woods on our homestead where they enjoy rooting for insects, roots and acorns. They have wallows for playtime and to cool down and shade to rest in. They receive scratches behind their ears and are told daily what good pigs they are. I treat them like pets and they are the most spoiled pigs you will ever meet. They are fed only non-GMO feed and live a life that allows them to “express their pigness” as Joel Salatin would say.
