Being a pregnant woman, I decided to make a new recipe after a Chinese food craving. I highly expected the meat to turn out tough as nails, but I winged it hoping for the something atleast edible. Let me tell you that it was delicious!! One pound of stew meat and a few peppers with a side of rice fed my family of 6 with no problem. The other pound went to a big crockpot if beef stew and the meat was so tender I pulled it apart as if I was preparing pulled pork barbeque. Even if you only have $10 to spend, please try something from this wonderful small farm! Happy livestock tastes good. Thank you, Stacy, for providing us with healthier options that are easily accessible.
